A spokesperson prepares and participates in producing publication and promotion materials, regularly monitors the media and reacts to relevant news, addresses media with subjects relevant to the 1^st Faculty of Medicine, and prepares press releases about the 1^st Faculty of Medicine and its activities. A spokesperson also participates in preparing press conferences, project MEDialogues, and takes part in preparing the series of discussions The Chair for Faustus as well as other events intended mainly for the media. A spokesperson hosts press conferences, publication presentations and other events of the 1^st Faculty of Medicine, regularly contributes to sections pertaining to media on the faculty website, especially sections Faculty in the Media and MEDialogues, and monitors media on the intranet.
