1) Contact Jana by e-mail (jana.silhankova@lf1.cuni.cz) and let her know the exact day of your arrival to Prague.

Contact her as soon as possible after you get admission letter. 

2) Jana will order for you a place at a dormitory and will receive an contract (or booking for EU students) with dormitories.

It is not possible to choose the room, it is assigned by dormitories. Usually it is a bed in a double room with shared toilet and bathroom witn another room or with shared bahtroom and toilet in the corridor.

3) Jana will send the contract to your address (or booking for students from EU by e-mail).

Please make sure that your postal address in your SIS application is correct.

4)You  have to pay the deposit before you arrive to the dormitory.

5) Arrival to Prague

The address of dormitory is written in your contract (booking). You should come to register within the office hours of the reservation office of your dormitory at the date stated in our agreement.  If you cannot come to register on the date stated in your agreement,you have to inform the dormitory reservation office in advance! 

Office hours of dormitory reservation offices:

If you know that you arrive after the office hours, for example at the evening or weekend, you HAVE TO inform the reservation office about it by email in advance. They will inform about it the reception of your dormitory. After your arrival, you will go to the reception and show passport, registration will be done next day, when the reservation office is opened.  

You should bring with you passport/ID, and one passport picture. If you already paid the reservation fee + rent you don't need to bring money with you.

If you did not pay the reservation fee before your arrival please bring it for the  check-in. You will pay it in cash + 2 month rent.
