Contact us!During the summer holiday period (1 July – 31 August), office hours are held on Wednesdays from 9:00–11:00 and 13:00–15:00.
Visits outside office hours are possible by prior arrangement via telephone or email.
Written documents and applications may also be submitted at the Registrar office (Monday–Friday, 8:00–12:00), or placed in the mailbox located next to the Registrar office during the building’s opening hours.
