We would like to inform you about the offer of scholarship stays abroad for students of Charles University, which will take place on the basis of the quota schedule of international agreements of the Ministry of Education and Science.

The offer of scholarships is not specified for specific universities abroad. Applicants are expected to find the contacts they are interested in on their own. It is recommended that applicants have already established contact with the relevant institution abroad at the time of application.

Scholarships are intended for full-time students of Charles University. Selected applicants should therefore remain applicants during their scholarship stay abroad.

Applicants must submit the following documents:

1. an application form confirmed by the faculty (Application for secondment /Application for scholarship)

2. Study plan

3. Study average

Due to the introduction of electronic filing of the Application for Posting, applicants can fill in the relevant form electronically at the following website: http://aia-databaze.zahranici-stipendium.cz/modules/aia/

By 20th November 2023: Egypt

By 4th December 2023: China

By 8th January 2024: Croatia, Northern Macedonia, Slovenia

By 29th January 2024: Slovakia

For summer schools to Croatia, Slovenia, the Ministry of Education does not reimburse travel costs.
