According to Dean’s Measure No. 12/2025, the
deadlines for the annual evaluation of the individual study plan for the
academic year 2025/2026 are as follows:
The annual evaluation is mandatory for all doctoral students. The only exception applies to students who will have successfully defended their doctoral dissertation by 30 September 2026.
Students whose studies were interrupted during the academic year 2025/2026 are also required to complete the annual evaluation; however, the period of interruption will be taken into account during the assessment.
Please note that it is not possible to interrupt studies during the annual evaluation period, except in cases specified by the Code of Study and Examination of Charles University: Internal Regulations of Charles University - Charles University
