Verification Process for Graduates (Israel, Ministry of Health)

Graduates who are planning to start working in Israel are required to undergo a verification process through the Israeli Ministry of Health.

To initiate this process, graduates must send the following documents (10 pages!) by email attachment to the faculty officer responsible for final-year students and graduates:

  • A completed and signed consent form (attached)
  • A scan of their diploma
  • A scan of the diploma supplement
  • A certificate of completion of studies in english, which was issued by the Study Department immediately after finishing their studies

Electronic versions of the diploma and diploma supplement can be downloaded from a link sent to graduates’ email approximately 2–3 weeks after graduation. This option is available only to graduates from October 2025 onwards.

All documents must be scanned in high quality to ensure that all information is clearly legible. Graduates may use either scans of the original documents or official electronic versions of the diploma and diploma supplement.

- All required documents must be combined and submitted as a one single PDF file, naming format:

ID number - Surname, First Name

- The email itself must also be titled using the same format:
ID number - Surname, First Name

Once received, the faculty officer will forward the documents to the designated authority specified by the Israeli Ministry of Health.

Please make sure that all scans are of sufficient quality and that all details are clearly readable.

Please strictly keep the prescribed format for naming both the document and the email. This is very important for the Ministry of Health (MOH Israel). Additionally, always include your full official name.

Thank you for your cooperation.
