We assist all students and employees who are interested in study/work stays abroad. We may help you to look for exchange opportunities or cooperation. The Office also manages study affairs and services related to study programmes in English (such as General Medicine, Dentistry, and Addictology) and is also here for incoming students who are coming to the faculty. Our key values also include the internationalisation of the faculty and brand awareness abroad.  

Office hours during the academic year (September - June) 

The office hours of the Student Affairs are cancelled from January 29 till February 2, 2024. You may visit us to pick up study confirmations only. If necessary, please contact us via email. Thank you for your understanding. 

If you want to visit us outside of office hours, please schedule an appointment in advance.
