- Additionaly, by attending the course you can gain 3 credits, which is a great head start.
What do other students say about the Course?

Will I get any support with arranging a visa and with my arrival?
- If you have any questions about travel procedures, feel free to contact our International Department, which will be happy to assist you with everything you need.

What is the fee and how do I pay it?
- The participation fee for the Induction Course is EUR 150.
- The fee contributes towards accommodation, meals, social activities, transportation, course materials, and other costs associated with running the programme. The majority of the actual cost of the course is covered by the Faculty.
- Payment instructions will be sent to registered participants by email. Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR.
Can I attend without staying at Centrum Krystal?
- Yes, you can, but we strongly recommend staying with the rest of the group for as much time as possible outside the formal programme.
- Please note that the participation fee remains the same whether you use the accommodation at Centrum Krystal or not.
What type of rooms can I stay in?
- Accommodation is provided in double rooms, with male and female students accommodated separately. Single rooms may sometimes be available upon request; however, they are subject to availability and are typically approximately twice the price of a double room. Therefore, we would ask you to pay the difference.

Are meals included in the price?
- Yes, during the course you will be provided with breakfest, lunch and dinner every day. Snacks are not included.

- Vegetarian (including dairy and eggs, no chicken or fish) options are available, and dietary requirements are collected before the course. We also offer vegan diet. For halal, students usually choose the vegetarian option.
Can I decide on the spot whether I want to eat at Krystal?
- You need to choose your preferences in the registration form.
- If you choose that you will not eat with the group and decide after registration that you would like to join them, please contact Dr. Veronika Vlachová (the head coordinator) directly and we will see what can still be arranged.
Can I live in Centrum Krystal during my studies as well?
- Possibly, yes. After you have enrolled, you may request a transfer to Centrum Krystal if accommodation is available. Please note that room availability changes throughout the academic year, so a transfer cannot be guaranteed immediately. Many students successfully change accommodation later once places become available.
Can I leave during the programme for a serious reason?
- Yes, if there is a serious reason, please discuss it with the organisers. Short absences are usually manageable. However, if you miss a substantial part of the programme, you may no longer be eligible to receive the credits associated with the course.
- Each case is assessed individually, and we encourage you to contact us as early as possible so that we can advise you on your options.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Please note that the course fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation, meals, venue reservations, and programme costs are arranged well in advance based on participant numbers. For this reason, once your place is confirmed, the fee cannot be refunded even if you are unable to attend.
- If you anticipate problems (for example due to visa delays), we strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible so that we can discuss your situation.
