If you wish to become a supervisor, contact the Department of Science and International Relations of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University and submit an Application for Being Appointed a Supervisor, including a written consent of the head of your institution (head of a clinic or institute). This form does not have a set form.
The conditions are set out in Rector's
Directive No. 33/2025 Benchmark for Supervisors at Charles University,
which you can get acquainted with HERE.
The application should include: a completed Form C, a professional CV, the subject or subjects of PhD student’s proposed doctoral thesis, a list of publication activities in the past 5 years which are relevant to the subject of the thesis.
