Charles Debate Team Shines at the European Universities Debate Championship!

Our students proudly represented Charles University and the First Faculty of Medicine at the prestigious European Universities Debate Championship (EUDC). Competing against the best university debate teams in Europe, Team Charles ranked 2nd in the group stages, reached the semi-finals, and made history as the only team with all three speakers ranked among the top 10 in Europe!

This outstanding achievement belongs to members of the student-led Charles Debate Club, who debate in Arabic and welcome students of all language levels. Congratulations to Daoud Abdo (ranked 3rd), Aous Alabrash (5th), and Abdelqader Abusharar (7th) for their exceptional performance and dedication!
