Are you unable to make it for the ceremony? Here you will find procedure how to get your diploma without the ceremony.

COLLECT THE DIPLOMA WITHOUT THE CEREMONY ON YOUR OWN

First step is to get announcement  that your diploma is raedy via email. Diploma issuing takes at least 1 month.  In order to collect the diploma you have to sign matriculation sheet first. You will do so at Matrika which is located at the rectorate/ headquarter of the University at Ovocny trh 3, Prague 1, office hours Mo and We 9-12, 13-16. Ms. Málková or Nesvadbová details can be found here Documents and Registers - Charles University. You will sign there matriculation sheet and you will get confirmation that you did so. After please bring this confirmation to the Interational office/ Study Department at Kateřinská 32 and base on you will receive your diploma😉 As a last step you have to sign  Hippocratic oath in Czech and English. This will remain in your study folder. Please not you have to keep the order.

BUSY? GIVE POWER OF ATTORNEY TO THE CHOOSEN PERSON

You are not free to go threw the procedure on your own? It is all right, you can give power of attorney to someone else, just make sure it will be signed by you and the person will have original of the document, copy is not accepted. Form is attached,
