Summary of current rules on examinations and training events

No conditions are set for examinations and educational events for up to 20 people, for examinations and educational events for more than 20 people it is necessary to prove non-infectivity.

Respiratory protection rules

Wearing respirators is mandatory inside the university.

The obligation does not apply to:

• students and academic staff according to Act no. 111/1998 Coll., On universities, within the framework of educational activities, the nature of which does not allow the wearing of a protective device (especially gymnastics, singing, playing wind instruments),

• pupils and students in education who sit at a bench or are otherwise seated (spacing 1.5 meters)

• pedagogical staff or academic staff in the provision of education

• Examiners and examiners during an examination at school or university, provided that all persons maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters.

This means that the postponement of respiratory protection during teaching and examination at universities is allowed under specific conditions, and all persons involved in teaching and testing can be considered as academic staffers in this sense.
