1. LF UK has the first Clinic of Palliative Medicine in the Czech Republic! Experts of the joint workplace with the General University Hospital (VFN) will provide specialized care to patients with serious illness and their families and at the same time educate medics of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University. The head of the clinic became MUDr. MgA. Kateřina Rusinová, Ph.D., the head of the clinic is MUDr. Ondřej Kopecký.

"Palliative will become an important part of the training of future doctors from the beginning of studies at the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University. Scientific activity in this field and the general contribution to social discussions on this topic will also be significant.
