Due to the current covid-19 epidemic, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports awarded the award of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for outstanding educational activities at the university to examples of good practice in distance learning. Among the awarded university teachers who managed to deal with the current situation very well are also the head of the Department of Computer Science and a teacher of the Institute of Biophysics and Informatics of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University RNDr. Čestmír Štuka, Ph.D., and an assistant professor at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University and the General Hospital and a member of the Dean's Board MUDr. Martin Vejražka, who founded the WikiScript portal, in which they also involve students in the creation of educational materials. According to the ministry, innovative education of students in this way improves students' motivation to learn. Congratulations!
