PhD students seeking registration for a doctoral state examination should bring to the Department of Science and International Relations the following documents:

- application for taking a doctoral state examination (can be downloaded in the Forms section);

- a CV;

- a list of publications;

- study record (‘index’) where it is marked the student had attended the requisite courses (whose number is determined by the Field Board);

- certificate about passing an English language exam (record in the index or a certificate);

- offprints of publications according to the requirements of the Field Board;
