SUMMER SEMESTER – THE TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

WHEN CHOOSING ELIGIBLE SUBJECTS, PLEASE FOLLOW RECOMMENDED YEARS, PROGRAMS AND PREREQUISITES.

SUMMER SEMESTER

Enrollment of eligible subjects for summer semester will be possible for all students of all years and programs from 10.02.2025 (9.A.M.) to 24.02.2025 (23.59).

And from 10/02/2025 to 16/02/2025 for students of other faculties.

More information about chosen subject can be found in the table (in the link below) where you can click for direct link which leads you into the SIS. It´s possible to use a filter to select particular years and also programs.here

There is no possibility to change or cancel the subjects after the deadline.

The only exceptions are subjects which enrollment is conditioned by passing an entry test.

· Students are allowed to sign up for maximum 3 eligible subjects per a semester and till the deadline, subjects can be changed or canceled.

· The number of credits gained from eligible subjects must not be more than 15% of the normal number of credits.

· Gained credits beyond 15 % from eligible subjects won´t be included for the purpose of continuous checking for the registration for the next section of studies and will be considered as „non-effective“ credits, which means:

o 1st year – according to normal number of 60 credits, the number of credits from eligible subjects are 9 credits in total.

o 2nd year – according to normal number of 120 credits, the number of credits from eligible subjects are 18 credits in total etc.

Troubles with enrollment

I did not fulfill some eligible subject (ES):

ES stays in your SIS unfulfilled, you cannot re-enroll them, nor are they part of the overall control of the course of study.

Therefore, it is irrelevant when enrolling in the next section of study, or when applying for an ISP.

Unfulfilled ES are not deleted based on teachers request as they do not have access to it.

SIS GUIDANCE

It just doesn´t work:

Turn on / Turn off. System does not work before 9am.

Other issue:

Please make a screenshot and send it to your referent. (Student department)

Enrollment of FLEXI subjects:

Is not limited by the dates. Enrollment is made with Guarantor of the subject directly.

Subjects are marked as FLEXI in the Excel sheet.

I cannot see the subject after:

Try to update website. If you still won´t see it after few minutes, it means you did not confirm the enrollment.

Follow these steps to enroll the eligible subject:

SIS

· Subjects and schedule

· Enrollment (my own)

· Input subject code

· Click on triangle to request validation.

· Click on Validation

· Validation request

· Go back to Enrollment (my own)

· Click on the subject

· Click on Enroll

All done!!!
