1) Go to the ISIC centre for your ISIC card
It is necessary to have a university student ID.
Addresses of issuing places for IDs can be found at http://www.cuni.cz/UK-2919.html.
The temporary password (issued by the issuing place) must be changed in 5 days.
After password change you´ll be able to log in to SIS.
The URL for password change is https://ldap1.cuni.cz/ .
2) Go to Faculty website
On the right top corner of this web you will find abbreviation for Student Information System - SIS.
Please click on it.
3) SIS database
It will open the database. First of all you should change the language from Czech to English by English flag on the right top corner.
4) Sign in
On the top blue row you will find boxes "Login:" and "Password:"
You will put your login - abbreviation of your name or your students ID (on your ISIC card below your picture)
You will put your password - you gained your password in ISIC centre together with your ISIC card
Press "Login"
5) Pick up
Finally pick up the section which you need - for example "Schedule", "Subjects" or "Exam dates"
HOW SHOULD I DO THE RECOGNITION OF SUBJECT FROM MY PREVIOUS STUDY?
All information are in Dean’s Order No. 9/2018.
Please read it carefully and act according to this Dean's order.
Instructions:
1) Sign in to your SIS.
(If you don't know how please follow this link)
2) Go to section "Personal data" which is at the bottom of the page with big I icon.
3) On the green line there is section "Data change", please click on it.
4) Change what is necessary and press button "Save".

In a six years study of General Medicine you should gain: 18 credits from eligible subjects = it means 1or 2 subjects per whole year which will have 3 credits.
For Dentistry in 5 years: 15 credits
You could take as maximum 3 eligible subjects per semester.
Remember that some of the subjects are popular and has limited capacity so you should do the registration as soon as possible.
